Christian Gulotta Owner & Founder, TEN-4 Consulting, LLC

Christian, a retired NYPD Captain with 25 years of service, has spent the last decade in public safety communications. As an executive in New York City's 911 Communications Division and later overseeing the NYPD's radio system, he has been recognized for his leadership in improving 911 staffing, performance metrics, and enhancing land-mobile radio operations to increase safety for the public and first responders.

Christian has spent 20 years in NYPD management, leading hundreds of people and driving positive changes through team-based, people-focused leadership. His approach has significantly improved operational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Upon retirement, he created TEN-4 Consulting, LLC, to continue to serve the public safety communications sector which he believes is highly undervalued within the law enforcement community. His mission is to highlight 911's crucial role in public safety, enhancing service quality for the public and improving first responder's work experience. 

He is available for in-person and remote work, as well as speaking engagements, anywhere in the USA.
