Christian Gulotta, Owner & Founder TEN-4 Consulting, LLC

Christian is a retired Captain from the NYPD with 25 years of service. He has spent the last decade working in the public safety communications space; as an executive in New York City's 911 Communications Division, and then tasked with overseeing the NYPD's radio communications system. He has been recognized for effective leadership by achieving qualitative & quantifiable outcomes in 911 staffing and performance metrics, as well as enhancing land-mobile radio operations in NYC; increasing the safety of the public and first responders.

Christian has spent the last 20 years in a management/leadership role within the NYPD. He has supervised and led hundreds of people; providing positive changes as a leader through employee engagement and improved processes, which have resulted in an enhanced customer service experience. His leadership style has always been team-based and people-driven which has been the cornerstone of his success.

Upon retirement, he created TEN-4 Consulting, LLC, to continue to serve the public safety communications sector which he believes is highly undervalued within the law enforcement community. His goal is to work with 911 agencies to: increase 911 dispatcher/operator staffing levels, improve performance metrics, provide leadership & management development, develop and enhance 911 and radio communications operations, and act as an IT liaison to build bridges between vendors and agencies.

He is available to work in-person and remotely, anywhere in the USA.
